The role involves supporting business development in the UK by engaging prospects and clients to drive sales, identify opportunities, and promote AI and metaverse solutions tailored to client needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in industries like hospitality, retail, and education within the UK. Use market knowledge to introduce solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and objectives, and positioning our solutions as enablers of digital transformation.
- Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to provide customized immersive training environments, AI analytics, or virtual experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends, regulations, and competition to refine strategies.
- Localization of Offerings: Collaborate with internal teams to meet language, cultural, and regulatory needs.
- Networking and Outreach: Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and promote solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensure smooth transition from deal closure to implementation, and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in immersive, metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in relevant industries or domains with managing complex projects.
- Passion for immersive technologies and innovative solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and handle tasks with urgency and professionalism.
