A&G Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Temp-Perm Production Operative to join our well-established client in Avonmouth. In this role, you’ll work in the bagging hall, overseeing machine operations, handling any breakdowns, and resolving issues as they arise. Position Details: Job Type : Temp-Perm Immediate Start Hourly Rate during the temporary assignment : £12 per hour (day and night shift), PLUS additional £35 per night shift Annual Salary when permanent : £32,000 – £33,000 (dependent on experience) Shift Pattern : 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts) Shift Times : 05:30 AM – 06:00 PM, 05:30 PM – 06:00 AM (30 minutes break) Location : Avonmouth (Own transport required due to location) Due to the training, the first few weeks would be worked solely on the night shift.
