Home Manager (Blackburn)

Work as a Home Manager for a local childcare company who are recruiting for 4 bedded Short Breaks service. Progression opportunities and a great package await for a Children’s Home Manager with experience in this field who can hit the ground running

Children’s Home Manager Requirements:

• Children’s Residential experience
• NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
• Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Registered Manager
• Good rating with Ofsted

As Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of 4 bedded short breaks service for a company that has experience of Good Ofsted reports.

You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
