Job Description:

A leading West End law firm is recruiting a 2-4 PQE Employment Lawyer to join their practice.

As part of a new strategic hire, you will join the firm’s employment team, working on a mix of mainly non-contentious but also contentious work for a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to corporations. You will act for senior executives, HR teams, and support other departments such as Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, and Private Client.

The role is suitable for an employment lawyer with 2-4 PQE, with experience from a leading city or regional practice.

The position offers a hybrid working policy and a strong work-life balance, along with an opportunity to engage in business development to grow the practice.
