Are you an ambitious and driven Construction lawyer looking for your next challenge? We have multiple opportunities for Construction Solicitors at varying levels of experience, ranging from NQ – Senior Associate across East Anglia. Duties include a varied caseload of drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contacts with contractors, developers, funders, sub-contractors and individuals including: Providing legal advice during construction projects Advising on regulatory compliance and risk management Collaborating with other professionals including architects, planners and engineers Handling dispute resolution through litigation, mediation or arbitration. The junior positions will have strong involvement with business development as well as managing their own caseload with assistance from senior members of the team, supporting the team with larger projects.
