We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Product Operations to join our fast-growing Product team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of technology products through program management excellence, agile methodology, and strong operational oversight.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll act as Scrum Master and operational lead for large-scale projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are aligned to business goals. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to turn vision into scalable solutions.
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale product development initiatives using Agile methodology
- Act as Scrum Master—facilitating bi-weekly ceremonies, grooming sessions, and sprint retrospectives
- Drive operational excellence with tools, metrics, dashboards, and success tracking
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and team commitments
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable tickets and user stories
- Analyze sprint performance and product data to inform roadmap and backlog prioritisation
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in product operations or agile program management
- Strong technical understanding of product development lifecycle and project management
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level Agile initiatives (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
