Reebok is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to forecast and manage product demand. This role involves analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to predict future demand, ensuring the supply chain is prepared accordingly.
You will play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, aligning production plans with forecasted demand, and collaborating with various teams to achieve company goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop accurate seasonal and monthly demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and team collaboration.
- Lead pre-season and in-season forecasting to support buying, merchandising, and inventory planning.
- Provide demand insights to guide decisions across product, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Manage inventory levels and allocations to balance supply and demand, reducing fulfillment risks.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure timely warehouse instructions for customer orders.
- Serve as the primary contact between Reebok Europe and RDG Boston for demand planning matters.
- Utilize NuORDER, Infor Nexus, and Styleman for forecasting, inventory tracking, and supply chain visibility.
- Several years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related fields.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management and S&OP processes.
- Background in sports, fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear brands is preferable.
