Hospitality Supervisor/Team Leader, London

From high profile events and functions to corporate meetings, you’ll ensure every customer experience is a positive one. Providing an efficient and high standard of hospitality service, you’ll set up, service and clear areas with meticulous attention to detail, understanding that discretion and politeness are essential.

Your daily duties will include liaising with the client reception team regarding all bookings and booking updates, hosting a lounge service in our executive lounge, setting meeting rooms to required standards, delivering all food and beverage requirements, and being responsible for all food, health, and safety requirements.

You have the ability to listen carefully and take instructions, communicate confidently, and work according to an organized plan following procedures and displaying good practice at all times. You’ll also liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Ideally, you will already hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.

  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Supervisor within contract catering, hotels, or fine dining brasserie.
  • No other formal qualifications are required, but you’ll be expected to read our company manuals to understand our products and services thoroughly. BM Caterers support your training and development to achieve your career goals.
  • The salary for this role is £ per hour.
  • The basic hours for this role are 40 hours per week.
  • The working week is Monday to Friday.
  • Monthly wages are fixed at LGA but support other London-based BM sites.
