Our Intellectual Property team, part of our wider Commercial and Intellectual Property team within the Life & Business Group, advises on a broad spectrum of IP rights. We have extensive experience in protecting, enforcing, and exploiting IP rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, advertising, confidential information, database rights, and data protection. Our team has appeared in major Court fora, including the Patents Court, IPEC, and UKIPO. We also have significant experience in licensing and technology transfer for commercial and academic clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant IP team, focusing on IP work. You will handle a range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, advising companies and individuals on exploiting and enforcing their IP rights. The workload split may vary.
