Please find below further details about this position. Please note that this would require office attendance 2 days per week. The Role As a Housing Solicitor , you\’ll play a pivotal role in advising and representing the organisation on a range of landlord and tenant matters. From possession claims and disrepair to tenancy fraud and leasehold breaches, you\’ll be managing a busy, varied caseload with autonomy and confidence. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to balance office and remote work. You’ll report directly to the General Counsel and Head of Governance , with the opportunity to also support junior team members. Key Responsibilities Handling a full caseload of housing matters including: Possession/rent arrears Anti-social behaviour Failed succession Tenancy fraud Drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements and leases Advising on shared ownership and leasehold disputes Preparing legal documents and advocating in court/tribunals Supporting junior legal staff where required Staying current with housing legislation and relevant case law The Person A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in housing law Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy law, and civil procedure #J-18808-Ljbffr
