Insurance Account Handler

Angove Partners is working with an established commercial insurance brokerage seeking an Account Handler based in Stratford-upon-Avon

About the role:

The role is to offer customer service and sales via telephone support to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with senior members of the team to ensure objectives are met
• Create clear and concise client records and documentation
• Make outgoing prospecting calls
• Ensure appropriate due diligence and sanctions checks are conducted
• Maintains appropriate client files
• Learn about the insurance industry

About you:

• An enthusiastic and commercial graduate with a desire to learn and excel in their craft.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Possess exceptional organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to those with experience as well, but not necessary.
