Overview

The Salt Room focuses on sustainability, sourcing local ingredients and cooking over charcoal to deliver a memorable dining experience. As a Kitchen Porter you will support the kitchen team, ensuring dishes are produced to high quality standards and safely.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean, organised station.
• Assist with washing, chopping, and plating under pressure.
• Ensure health and safety rules are adhered to at all times.
• Work as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team.
