If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Warehouse team based in Winchester; where you will drive efficiencies, health & Safety and the deliverables of our warehouse team What does this role involve? As the Senior Warehouse Operative, you will support the Reverse Logistics Site Manager with allocating work to the Warehouse team. Day to day you will: oversee the assignment of jobs to the Warehouse operatives to maximise efficiencies; audit and monitor the picking & packing of goods and arrange appropriate transportation; manage stock levels and ensure orders are placed when required; provide up to date reports on operational performance; oversee and partake in the dismantling of discontinued smart meters. Who are we looking for? As an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for career progression, you will understand what the key ingredients are to run a smooth warehouse operation. You will have strong Microsoft office skills as well as experience utilising handheld power tools in your day-to-day duties. Holding an up-to-date forklift license would also be advantageous but not essential.
