The Bakkavor Sustainability Engineering Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity for graduates to launch their careers in sustainability-focused engineering. This programme is designed to provide hands-on experience in understanding and advancing our environmental responsibilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and achieving cost reductions in operations. Graduates will gain key insights into sustainability practices, especially in areas like water treatment and resource management. Youll report to the UK Water Treatment Manager, gaining exposure to a variety of sustainability and engineering projects in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. About the Programme Our new 3-year Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in Engineering, becoming a subject matter expert in the field of environmental sustainability within a food and drink business. About you We are seeking applicants with a strong motivation to build a career in Food Manufacturing, aiming for a future role as an Engineering Manager. To be eligible for the Engineering Programme, you must meet the following criteria: Degree: Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2 honours degree in Environmental Management, Engineering Sustainability or any other relevant Environmental Engineering discipline Experience: At least three months of relevant work experience.
