We’re excited to be moving to our new office on New Oxford Street in London from June 2024. At GSK HQ, we’re creating a space for connection, collaboration, and innovation to combat disease together. The workspace will be health-focused, with advanced technology and bright, open areas.

Job Purpose

Lead regulatory strategy, governance, and operations for the European Partnership Markets, covering 16 countries. Oversee Global Regulatory Content Delivery activities and manage third-party partners and outsourced responsibilities for non-EU countries.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain internal control frameworks for European Partnership Markets
  • Manage and develop the regulatory team
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance to support business growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop regulatory strategies to support market access, product launches, and supply continuity
  • Coordinate regulatory activities across teams and partners
  • Manage third-party contracts and oversee governance and audits
  • Build and lead an effective, motivated team
  • Represent regulatory interests in projects and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficient, compliant processes across markets
  • Manage regulatory risks and lead inspection activities
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

Educational background: Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields; leadership training is a plus. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Regulatory Affairs, with leadership roles. Experience working in local operating companies.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of European regulatory policies and climate
  • Proven negotiation and collaboration skills with regulatory agencies
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
