Job Purpose
Lead regulatory strategy, governance, and operations for the European Partnership Markets, covering 16 countries. Oversee Global Regulatory Content Delivery activities and manage third-party partners and outsourced responsibilities for non-EU countries.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain internal control frameworks for European Partnership Markets
- Manage and develop the regulatory team
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance to support business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop regulatory strategies to support market access, product launches, and supply continuity
- Coordinate regulatory activities across teams and partners
- Manage third-party contracts and oversee governance and audits
- Build and lead an effective, motivated team
- Represent regulatory interests in projects and strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficient, compliant processes across markets
- Manage regulatory risks and lead inspection activities
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
Educational background: Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields; leadership training is a plus. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Regulatory Affairs, with leadership roles. Experience working in local operating companies.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of European regulatory policies and climate
- Proven negotiation and collaboration skills with regulatory agencies
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
