ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Estimator reporting to the Managing Director, you will be involved in and responsible for dealing with clients pre and post sales, participating in multiple projects for work winning with other team members, providing cost advice, and delivering quality tender submissions. You will undertake estimating and commercial activities during the tendering and pre-contract process through to handover to the project delivery team, ensuring a seamless transition between work winning and project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proven track record of winning RC Frame and Groundwork packages up to the value of £30m
• Working knowledge of various forms of contract
• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary range of £100,000 – £140,000 per annum via ltd company plus additional bonuses for successfully won projects.
