We are looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre team. Putting patients first, you\’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Main duties of the job

• Support the theatre team in delivering high-quality patient care
• Assist with patient preparation and post-operative care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the theatre
• Support the clinical team with equipment and supplies

Job responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the supervision of clinical staff
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and equipment
• Support the team in achieving clinical outcomes

What you\’ll bring with you

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
