Job Highlights

• Role: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Stroud
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Mainstream Primary School
• Pay: 85 – 100 per day
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)
• Requirements: Clear DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment where every student can thrive
• Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist with the implementation of EHCPs
• Promote social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and support
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to manage behaviour and deliver engaging lessons
