Sales Director – Modular Buildings

Basic salary: Up to circa £90,000 + Bonus + Tax Efficient Car (Electric or Hybrid)

Location: Indicative home postcode: CF10 3RB or willingness to relocate to South Wales within a short period.

About the company and role

A well-established, profitable company manufacturing permanent modular buildings (building regulation compliant). They supply into Education, Commercial, Health, and MOD sectors, acting as a principal contractor or as a specialist supplier to Main Contractors for large projects. All buildings are designed, estimated, manufactured in-house, and delivered by their own construction management team.

You will lead a team of field-based sales professionals, actively involved in securing projects and ensuring compliance with company policies on risk and contract acceptance.

About you

Must be easily commutable to South Wales daily to work closely with senior management and support divisions such as pre-construction and manufacturing. Sales management experience in Modular Buildings is essential.
