Financial Reporting Accountant – Real Estate- £350 to £400 / day Your new company A world-leading property company are expanding rapidly across the real estate landscape. They have several live roles as they upscale their central finance functions. You will be part of a high-performing team with scope to grow and develop.Your new role Working closely with the Financial Controller you will be:Preparing financial statements and reports under IFRS16Assist with the annual report and statutory requirements Liaise with external auditorsAd hoc support What you\’ll need to succeed As a chartered accountant, you will have experience in a fast-paced industry role, whereby you have experience of complex group consolidations, IFRS reporting and ad hoc projects.
