Machine Operative

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established packaging manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operative to work in Bourne.

Job Role: Working on a continental shift pattern, the Machine Operative will be responsible for setting up and running various production machines, including Digi Cons and PMRs. Duties include preparing tooling, following on-screen instructions, quality checking components, and cleaning machinery after each run. You will also be expected to carry out stock checks of inks and consumables alongside the Goods In operator.

Job Details

• Pay: £32,685.72 per annum
• Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, Continental Shifts, 5:30 am – 5:30 pm / 5:30 pm – 5:30 am
• Duration: Permanent

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within the print industry

Desired Skills & Experience

• P.C literate
• Experience of working in a high volume, low unit cost manufacturing environment
• Stable work history
