Senior Process Engineer

Overview: The Senior Process Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the company\’s proposals and designs are technically feasible, focusing on process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Design:
   • Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification.
   • Assist in designing PSA plants.
   • Provide technical documentation such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams.
   • Conduct kinetic and isotherm modeling for process simulations.
   • Use ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA for process analysis and optimization.
   • Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks.
   • Ensure compliance with ATEX standards for safety.
   • Analyze data to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and uptime.
   • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for process improvements.
   • Develop technical proposals and address customer requirements.
2. Client Interaction:
   • Build and maintain client relationships.
   • Understand and meet client operational goals.
3. Education, Experience & Skills:
   • Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
   • Deep understanding of PSA systems, gas separation, and carbon capture technologies.
   • Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA, and SolidWorks.
   • Experience with CFD simulations and ATEX standards.
   • Strong communication and documentation skills.
   • Attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
