Insurance Advisor Location: Poole (On-Site) Package: Salary Negotiable, Bonus + Benefits Insync Insurance, part of Brown & Brown UK Europe, are one of the UK's fastest growing insurance providers, offering comprehensive cover for SME's & the self-employed across the UK. As part of their ongoing commitment to looking after their clients and team they are looking to appoint an Insurance Advisor, to help grow the business further and ensure that clients receive the excellent service levels they are used to. This role is designed to convert leads and assist with customer enquiries, along with general customer service duties. The team will also assist in your career development over the next few years by providing further training, development and the opportunity to look after clients on an end to end basis. The day to day: Preparing new business quotations and assisting clients on renewals Provide advice to business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements Develop strong relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, understanding appetites, classes and specific niche sectors. Taking payments from customers and processing through our systems Lead by Example, Consistent top performer and strong in all other KPI areas. Accurately record, store, input and update information into the relevant systems Maintaining call control whilst on the phone to customers and building rapport, and showing empathy when required Resolving customer issues by taking ownership and exploring alternative solutions Work towards individual and team targets What's on offer: A highly passionate and motivated team that look after each other as well as their clients A negotiable basic salary with all the normal benefits (Holiday, Pension, Death in Service) and monthly bonus, which is based upon conversion rates.
