Care Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the provision of care
2. Work as part of a team to achieve the required standards
3. Ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality
4. Observe care planning needs for residents
5. Assist in organizing residents\’ social activities

What We Are Looking For

1. Genuine interest in working in the care environment
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Willingness to participate in vocational training programs
4. Satisfactory DBS check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
