Overview

Responsibilities

To ensure that all customers receive the highest level of customer service.
To greet customers in the expected Stevensons manner.
To upsell additional items to customers.
To handle customer complaints in line with company policy.
To support with temporary staff training and development – led by management.
To accurately operate the till.
To maintain a clean, tidy and well-merchandised shop floor, stockroom and surrounding branch areas.
To complete rolling stock checks.
To accurately pick and put back items for web orders/returns.
To complete deliveries and transfers.
To carry out any reasonable tasks requested by management.
