Position: Senior Manager – Reach Out and Community Services Location: Northwest London Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week About the role: As Senior Manager, you will work for a London-based charity supporting individuals facing challenges affecting their mental health and wellbeing. You will oversee service/project managers and lead the development of specified services. Experience in community partnerships and community development work is essential. About you: We seek an experienced manager with skills including: Recruiting, supervising, supporting, coaching, and appraising project managers. Formulating and operating operational policies, procedures, plans, and project designs. Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and controlling income and expenditure. Marketing services effectively. Establishing and operating systems to monitor and evaluate services. Overseeing service delivery environment, including Health and Safety and statutory duties. Participating in meetings, supervising, and external engagements. Preparing reports for committees and presenting them as required. Genuinely interested in the welfare of service users and experienced in mental health issues is essential.
