Experience in construction recruitment is also required. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running within their area of sector expertise and be capable of building and developing their desk independently, without the need for immediate training and ongoing support. Being self-motivated and managing your time well are essential skills for this position. You should also demonstrate leadership abilities to inspire others, clear and professional communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to perform under pressure to meet targets and deadlines. This opportunity offers substantial rewards for the right person, including excellent earning potential and career advancement.
