Employee Relations Manager, PXT CS Employee Experience and Relations, London
Amazon’s Operations Employee Relations (ER) team is seeking an Employee Relations Manager with a passion for fostering positive work environments, significant employee and labor relations expertise, and leadership experience.
Location:
London, United Kingdom (other locations in Berlin, Germany; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Rabat, Morocco are also possible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support European Customer Service Operations, including both physical and remote workforce management.
- Collaborate with Operations managers and HR to analyze feedback, identify risks, and develop workplace relations programs.
- Design and deliver training on positive workplace relations and best practices.
- Manage reactive crisis situations, with a minimum of 50% travel, and develop engagement plans for remote teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in employee relations, HR, or labor/employment law, especially within the EU.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to navigate complex international organizational structures.
