We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Family Solicitor based in St Neots for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is an award winning law firm with Lexcel accreditation and recognition from the Law Society. Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor Manage a varied caseload of family law matters. Work on Private Law, children, divorce and financial matters cases. Networking and promotion of business through social media and events. Resolve client claims handling settlements or preparing for court. Draft, negotiate and review court documents. Undertake own advocacy. Requirements for a successful Family Solicitor 5-10 years’ post qualification experience within family law. Proven expertise in Private Law, children, divorce and financial matters. Accreditation in Family Mediation including MIAMs. Excellent commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of the legal market. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word. Highly organised and willing to undertake own advocacy. Commercially minded and forward thinker.
