MAC Recruit Group is supporting a highly respected security consultancy in the search for a Senior Red Team Security Engineer .

They are scaling rapidly due to increasing client demand and are looking for someone to work alongside their Principal Tester on high-profile red team engagements. You\’ll work on diverse projects across various industries, providing excellent exposure and opportunities to engage with cutting-edge cybersecurity practices. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in penetration testing, with skills in web, mobile, cloud, and internal infrastructure
• Experience in professional Red Teaming projects
• OSCP / CRTO certification; OSEP, CTRL, or OSWE certifications are a plus
• Some coding experience, preferably in C# or Python
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing and consulting experience
