We are seeking Software Implementation Consultants in London and Romford, Essex.
Ideal candidates have experience in delivering IT software projects, especially in mobile, web, and databases. You should thrive under pressure, understand client needs, and help implement our Mobile Solutions while leveraging data insights. As a Senior Consultant, you will bring client data to life through integration and reporting tools, applying strong project management principles. As a Product Onboarding Consultant, you will:
- Analyze and define business requirements
- Map business needs to client software solutions
- Recommend software enhancements and implementation strategies
- Document business requirements, issues, and process improvements
- Design and configure mobile-friendly templates using Survey Designer tools, focusing on usability and minimal data capture
- Design and develop output-based reports using SQL and dashboard tools
- Configure data workflows to meet customer requirements using Survey Designer tools
- Train, support, and advise clients on mobile applications and workflows
- Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones
- Manage customer expectations regarding scope, tasks, and timelines
- Assess technical design, quality issues, and process improvements
- Collaborate on workflow processes and testing plans
- Work with the Operations Director to plan, manage, and communicate project progress and risks
If you're ready to contribute energy and ownership as a Product Onboarding Consultant, you'll need:
- A graduate-level education and a strong academic background are advantageous, preferably in IT or Business Systems.
- A passion for technology, understanding software development and database concepts is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead large projects from start to finish.
- Ability to lead customer workshops.
- Strong knowledge of databases, preferably MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Eligible for or previously held SC and NPPV2 security clearance.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical audiences and influence decisions.
Desirable: Project management certification, experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of Engineering Maintenance, Construction, or Facilities Management, experience in application support or software implementation, understanding of software development lifecycles, XML, RESTful APIs, and a background in software training.
