We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to take responsibility for delivery of customer satisfaction to agreed service standards and procedures, ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance. As well as working to ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer in all aspects of the role: Mid Term Adjustments, Broking, Renewals, Cross sales, Claims, Queries Premium financing arrangements Overview of duties: Advising a bank of allocated clients on existing products in accordance with their needs Sales support including account broking Liaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handling Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Operations and Compliance manuals – use checklists and support documentation as provided by the company to assist with demonstrating compliance Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost effective cover Person specification Knowledge, skills and abilities: Attention to detail Confident communication and inter personal skills Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Building strong relationships with e.g. clients, prospects, insurers etc Education/ experience: Working knowledge of most insurance products Experience of working as an Account Handler in a similar broking and sales environment Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance Key information: Hours: Monday – Friday Location: Wolverhampton, hybrid If this sounds like something you are interested in please apply, or contact Lucy Reed for further information.
