Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Location: Hillingdon, London Contract Type: 2 Month Initial Contract Hours: 36 Hours Per Week Rate £24 per hour inside IR 35 Umbrella Contractors only About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support our clients internal recruitment function. This is an exciting opportunity to add immediate value by ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding operations. This temporary role have the potential to develop into longer-term contracts, offering the chance to grow and contribute within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage recruitment processes using the Eploy recruitment system , ensuring team objectives and targets are met. Work closely with the Recruitment Service Manager to provide a seamless support service for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor team workloads to ensure the service is fully operational and adequately staffed during agreed service hours. Oversee and prioritize tasks related to authorizations, advertisements, recruitment processes, onboarding, and pre-employment checks. Allocate queries within the team and ensure responses align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure all outstanding tasks are completed by deadlines and to the expected quality standards. Quality assure team outputs to maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. About You: Proven administrative experience in a transactional HR Admin setting. Familiarity with HR recruitment and onboarding processes. Experience with the Eploy recruitment system is an advantage, though not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and external contacts. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A team player who values the contributions of others and acts as a role model by sharing knowledge and expertise.
