As a key member of the team, you will ensure our hotel maintains the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and functionality, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and external spaces. Manage and schedule routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Lead and supervise a small team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and quality work. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively. Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and hotel policies. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure adherence to budgets.
