Parts Advisor

About the role

Sytner Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team at Sytner Coventry.

As a Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a \’One Team\’ approach, communicating effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities include promptly handling requests, assisting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room and managing stock levels by ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

The role involves working flexible shifts, including weekends, to provide the highest levels of customer service.

About you

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-facing experience are essential, as you will interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and capable of advising customers on our products and services.
