Leading the development of the webMethods.io cloud hosted platform. Job Description:

1. Hands-on experience with webmethods.io and various modules and recipes to set up and support the cloud version.
2. Experience in integration development with API Gateway and API Portal.
3. Experience with webMethods Integration 10.x/above on-premise and cloud versions.
4. Experience in B2B and AS2 transmission with partners.
5. Working experience in managing Integration Server, SAP, SFDC, MQ Adaptors, JDBC.
6. Hands-on deployment of webMethods.io various modules.
7. Strong experience with REST APIs and SOAP APIs implementation.
8. In-depth ESB knowledge with pub-sub, JMS, and synchronous integrations.
9. Basic knowledge of Postman and SOAP UI testing and writing test suites.
10. Knowledge of different SDLC methodologies like Scrum and Waterfall.
11. Able to provide designs for end-to-end integration.
12. Able to migrate code from on-premise to webMethods.io code and configuration.
13. Fundamental understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving approach.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements

Domain Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, enterprise application integration (EAI), and middleware technologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Demonstrated expertise in client interactions and engagement.
• Skilled in preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Leadership & Management:

• Proven people management and resource management skills.
• Offer guidance and support to help team members develop skills and grow professionally.
• Encourage creative thinking and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports and risk assessments.
