To enable this, we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro.
Currently the People team need the support of a People Assistant who can make a great impact on the team and wider Ovarro community. In this role you will provide an effective support and People administration service to the People and Culture Team by ensuring records are well maintained and excellent customer service is provided to employees and managers across various offices.
It is truly a varied role in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, with plenty of opportunities to take part in People projects, potentially on an international scale.
To be successful you will need:
- Prior experience gained in a HR Assistant position or recently completed a recognised HR qualification.
- To be comfortable communicating with employees across all levels of the business.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative to plan and prioritise as well as multi-task on a daily basis.
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
- Experience with HR Information systems.
- Confident with all Microsoft packages.
