Being part of the Online team, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and the product team. While primarily an engineering role, we seek developers with a keen eye for product who can contribute to feature development at a product level before implementation.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Ensuring high performance and scalability of web applications
- Thorough troubleshooting and debugging to diagnose technical issues
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies
- Identifying technical debt and areas for improvement
- Contributing to discussions on product features with technical insights
- Participating in code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and suggesting improvements
- Applying best practices in security, performance, and accessibility
Skills, knowledge, and experience
Must have:
- Over 3 years of experience in frontend development for dynamic, responsive web applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and frameworks like NextJS
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, MobX, etc.)
- Experience with GraphQL/REST APIs
- Experience with testing tools such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines
Nice to have:
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Experience with Headless CMS platforms
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
