Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Ensuring high performance and scalability of web applications
• Thorough troubleshooting and debugging to diagnose technical issues
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies
• Identifying technical debt and areas for improvement
• Contributing to discussions on product features with technical insights
• Participating in code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and suggesting improvements
• Applying best practices in security, performance, and accessibility

Skills, knowledge, and experience

Must have:

• Over 3 years of experience in frontend development for dynamic, responsive web applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and frameworks like NextJS
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, MobX, etc.)
• Experience with GraphQL/REST APIs
• Experience with testing tools such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines

Nice to have:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with Headless CMS platforms
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
