This role requires exceptional customer service skills, organizational expertise, and a passion for business success. As this is a senior role, previous administration experience or a business tertiary qualification is required. This is a full-time position - up to 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
As a Senior Administrator your day-to-day duties could include:
- Providing day to day support to our Admin Manager and Scheduling Manager.
- Working with the existing office team to ensure smooth and efficient end to end job management. From the initial client contact to receiving payment of the invoice.
- Accounts payable oversight, including purchase order processing and reconciliation to payment.
- Accounts receivable oversight, including creating, checking, processing client invoices including processing payments.
- Liaising with clients and contractors to provide outstanding customer service by keeping clients up to date with the progress of their jobs.
- Using MS Office suite and job management software AroFlo for managing client jobs, planning workloads of trade staff, and accounting tasks using Xero.
