Reddit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Salesperson to join our agency team. This role is crucial for maintaining sales coverage, conducting agency education sessions, leveraging relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have several years of sales experience, particularly in agency development. This position is based in our London, UK office.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Coverage: Provide interim support for sales team members on leave, ensuring continuous service and client satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships, meeting or exceeding their needs during transitions, and maintaining revenue goals.
• Agency Programs: Support agency development initiatives, including education sessions, workshops, and client acquisition efforts to promote Reddit’s advertising solutions.
• Relationship Management: Expand existing agency relationships and serve as the primary contact to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Revenue Generation: Identify new business opportunities within agency accounts and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to strengthen agency partnerships and provide strategic feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Several years of sales experience, including in digital media or advertising industries.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Deep understanding of agency dynamics and relationship management.
• Ability to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital advertising trends and ecosystem.
• Experience in conducting training and educational workshops.
• Existing network within the agency space.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills.
• Passion for Reddit and its communities.
