IT or EPOS Installations Engineer / Field Engineer – Retail Projects Looking for an experienced Field Engineer with good IT skills and ideally experience working on EPOS projects. This role is to mostly cover projects across the East Midlands / East Anglia area, an ideal home location would be anywhere in the PE or CB Postcode. You must be flexible to travel, including occasional overnight stays, when there is no work locally. The client specialises in IT and EPOS projects for retailers, ranging from single-man jobs like adding an additional device in each store, visiting multiple sites per day; to full new store opening projects for supermarkets, working with a team of Engineers for a number of days per site. This is a full-time PAYE permanent job, basic salary of £26200 with paid holiday, pension, private health etc. Standard contract covers 40 hours per week, all additional hours, including travel time, is paid as overtime.There\’s lots of potential overtime, any additional hours Mon – Sat are paid at x 1.5 and Sundays are at x2. They provide tools, uniform, PPE, Phone, and an expensed (including personal usage) company van.Accommodation and meals provided if staying away.
