Robert Half have partnered with an organisation based in East Bristol to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join them immediately. This role has been created due to recent changes in the team structure. Start: ASAP Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum (Hourly rate equivalent) Duration: 3-6 months Hybrid working : 2/3 days on site per week Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary financial partner for budget holders, providing monthly analysis, forecasts, and decision-making support. Collaborate with the Head of Financial Reporting & Controls on budgets, internal/external reporting, and statutory compliance. Model investment appraisals, including sensitivity analysis. Maintain the financial aspects of the asset management system. Monitor capital, development, and sales programmes; support the fixed asset register. Enhance financial reporting.
