We're looking for a Sub Agent with civil engineering experience to join our Highways Major Projects team on the A417 project based in Gloucester. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing engineering oversight and supervising production resources, ensuring that work within your designated area complies with both project requirements and company policies and systems.
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire – expected to work from the A417 site 5 days a week
Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 45 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 per year + private healthcare + £5.9k annual car allowance + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Managing supervisors, site engineers, and section engineers, ensuring quality assurance reporting and daily monitoring
- Ensuring works are delivered according to specifications and managing sub-contractors
- Accurately recording labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources
