Control Room Operator

AVA is working with a leading international renewable energy developer and operator in their search for a Control Room Operator who will sit in their BESS Division.

Responsibilities include:

1. Setting up the Operations Control Desk and collaborating with the Operations and Data teams to establish best practices for operations and processes.
2. Being the primary user of BESS SCADA and BoP SCADA systems to detect and diagnose technical issues, and relay information to the appropriate teams.
3. Managing maintenance and outage scheduling, and analyzing performance data to identify trends.

Requirements:

• A degree or HND in a technical field (preferably electrical/electronic) or equivalent experience.
