Elite Recruitment Solutions are looking for an Online Customer Support Assistant for a successful growing business within the Topsham area of Exeter (EX3). This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to £25,500 per annum DOE, along with some fantastic benefits such as social events, onsite parking and much more. This role will require you to work 36.25 hours 5 days a week with the chance of occasional weekend work and will be office based working within a small, friendly and welcoming team.

What You'll Do As An Online Customer Support Assistant:

  • Be the first point of contact for online customer enquiries
  • Action and respond to customer queries online (web chat), via email and via the telephone
  • Manage website orders, dispatches, returns and fulfilment
  • Work closely with suppliers to monitor stock and delivery statuses
  • Support order processing using Shopify and the internal CRM system
  • Assist with goods-in and out, especially during peak periods
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records

What You'll Need to have to be an Online Customer Service Assistant:

  • Recent administration experience
  • A customer-first approach and strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and solid database management skills
  • The ability to respond to volume customer queries on a daily basis
  • Experience with order processing and website admin (ideal but not essential)
  • Confidence with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel
