About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.

Our stores operate 24/7, with various shift patterns. Weekend work is required, and flexibility is appreciated. Our in-store Pharmacies are popular, and you should provide friendly, confident service, discussing personal health issues, resolving customer problems, and guiding them to the right products.

You will assemble and process prescriptions accurately, promote pharmacy services like Prescription Collection and Medicines Use Reviews, support patient services such as blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.

We will support your development: complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, then train as a Dispensing Assistant to advance your pharmacy career.

About You

You are friendly, organized, proactive, with good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. You enjoy problem solving, helping people, and providing a great healthcare experience.
