The Role:
- Attend pre-shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead.
- Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders.
- Overseeing a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
- Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
- Maintaining quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Working in an environment with strong chemical smells.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, following the company's strict health and safety procedures.
The Person:
- Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
- Confidence on the job and readiness to take on more responsibility if necessary.
- Someone with a can-do attitude.
- Must be flexible with shifts as overtime may be expected.
