Fire Safety Manager Lancashire / Hybrid 3-6 months + £ Competitive Day Rate Our client, a renowned housing association in Lancashire, is looking for a Fire Safety Manager to join their team on an interim basis. The organisation currently has 350 ~ FRAs to manage and deliver. Site working will be required 3-4 days a week, with 1-2 from home Responsibilities of the Fire Safety Manager: Acting as the strategic lead and subject matter expert for all things fire related within their Assets team Managing the fire safety of a mixed portfolio of properties, identifying any fire safety risks and delivering plans to manage the property portfolio’s fire safety. Ensuring all fire risk assessments and action plans are kept up to date and work completed on time. Ensuring all fire safety inspection programmes are delivered on time and to budget.
