My client is within the healthcare industry and is looking for a Finance Analyst for initially 3 months to work closely with the CFO on an acquisition.

Duties include:

  • Run model, desktop financial due diligence
  • Understand what joint ventures are
  • Model profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, main financials
  • Desktop valuation and due diligence

Requirements:

  • May have worked in investment banking or similar industry
  • Advanced Excel
  • Be able to start in June
