The predicted salary is between 25809 - 25809 £ per year.

Under the direction of the County Manager, the post holder will undertake support planning, provide one-to-one support and interventions to individuals who have mental health and other complexities and are homeless or at risk of being homeless. This service has been developed in partnership with Wrexham County Borough Council and the Housing Options Team.
